Business Development Manager
Location: Gateshead
Description: This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a sales background in IT or Digital Media who wishes to succeed in a small but dynamic, growing company. You will be working with a small team of talented and experienced designers and developers in a warm and friendly environment, working under the wing of our Company Director. This role would ideally suit a smart, literate, well presented and educated graduate with sales experience, preferably with experience in a digital media company. If you have a portfolio of past clients that you can tap into or have suitable experience pitching to the Public Sector and other large clients, then please get in touch.
Role: Selling our company to companies that may require web design, web development, graphic design and other projects. You will be responsible for backing up our marketing campaigns and dealing with sales enquiries that are generated by us. You will be responsible for the development of the sale from start to finish so the ability to develop relationships and account manage is essential. If you can bring in and know how to close the prospects, our high quality work will sell itself - we truly believe we offer high quality work - better than the majority of our competitors.
Salary: Basic plus Uncapped Commission - OTE £35-£40K.

Freelance Web Designer
Location: Northumberland/Home
Knowledge/Experience: A freelance web designer is required with an excellent knowledge of XHTML, CSS, Photoshop and JavaScript. This role requires a detailed knowledge of designing from concept through to sign off and an individual who is also client facing for creative meetings.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
