The Website Brief

We were approached by Willi Thompson, a Chartered Surveyor based in Newcastle to design a website for homes that are classed as "Non traditional", with the aim of charging lenders to use the facility.

The website brief was to design a business-like, high impact website that can be managed by the client through a content management system, that uses search to sort through a large database of properties across the u.k., a secure payment facility and a user registration / login area.

The website which was completed in early 2007 now receives over 2000 hits a month from lenders, mortgage brokers and surveyors and performs extremely well on the most popular search engines.
